Since lots of years, we are an excellent experience of pasteurization.

Technical specifications:

Pasteurization at 63°C for 30mins with cooling cycle

Automatic cycle

Bath agitated and maintained permanently at 63°C with a precision of +/- 0.5°C in a band of maximum regulation of +1/-1

Recording of the temperature inside a pilot feeding-bottle on electronic recorder

Piloting of time by intracharge probe

Homogeneity of the temperature by water recycling pump and movement of the interior plate receiving the feeding-bottles

Capacity of treatment: 48 baby bottles 125 cc or 250 cc: baskets of 12 or 24 baby bottles are available

Parameters of entirely customizable cycle with code of access: Temperature (50 in 70°C), lasted (1 - 99 minutes), temperature of cooling.

System of filtering some water of the bath (0,2µm). Filtering of colloids.
